The short version
Your message and the GIF or video made from it are created in your own browser. We do not upload, store or read the text you type.
What we collect
Nothing, if you just make a GIF. No account is needed and your message never leaves your device.
If you sign in (with Google, Apple or email) we store your email address and account identifier so we can recognise you, plus the templates you have hearted.
Anonymous counts. We count how many times each template is downloaded. The count is not linked to you or your message.
Why we use it
To let you sign in, to keep your saved favourites, to show template popularity, and to fix problems and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run the site and our database and sign-in, and they only process data on our behalf. Signing in with Google or Apple is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
We use the storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email privacy@luvv.life to access or delete your data, and we will action it within 30 days.
Children
luvv.life is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
